As a lot of you may know me as Mama Michele. I come from a long generation of cooking all types of Italian cuisines. It all started when I was a young girl sitting in the kitchen watching my grandparents cook up a storm. All I would hear coming out of the kitchen was Frank Sinatra and tons of laughs, not to mention the smell that could make you drop to your knees!
